1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a retailer or distributor on the AltusPe recharge portal, you agree to comply with all terms set forth by Altus India E-Services and Telecom Operators.

2. Scope of Services

AltusPe acts solely as a B2B technology aggregator connecting retail merchants with telecom and BBPS servers to facilitate Mobile/DTH recharges and bill payments.

3. Retailer Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number or DTH customer ID. Recharges sent to the wrong number cannot be reversed.
• Sufficient Balance: You must maintain sufficient prepaid wallet balance to execute uninterrupted recharges.
• Customer Support: Retailers must assist customers in case of pending or delayed operator confirmations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Altus India E-Services shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from operator server downtime, API delays, or incorrect numbers entered by the retailer during a recharge.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

AltusPe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any retailer, distributor, or master distributor account involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activities.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted services, AltusPe cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to operator maintenance, banking downtime, third-party API issues, or unforeseen technical failures.

7. Changes to Terms

Altus India E-Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
