Welcome to AltusPe, a platform operated by Altus India E-Services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data while using our recharge portal.

2. Information We Collect

To provide secure Recharge and BBPS services, we collect:

• Partner KYC Data: Name, address, mobile number, email, and shop location.
• Transaction Data: Mobile numbers recharged, DTH operator details, amount, date, and status of transactions.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process Mobile, DTH, and Utility Bill payments successfully.
• To credit margins and cashback accurately to your wallet.
• To verify retailer identity and prevent fraudulent transactions on the platform.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with authorized third parties, including:

• Telecom Operators & BBPS: For routing and completing your recharge requests.
• Regulatory Authorities: If required by law or government agencies.

5. Data Security

We implement bank-grade security protocols, including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your transaction and wallet data from unauthorized access.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a retailer or distributor on the AltusPe recharge portal, you agree to comply with all terms set forth by Altus India E-Services and Telecom Operators.

2. Scope of Services

AltusPe acts solely as a B2B technology aggregator connecting retail merchants with telecom and BBPS servers to facilitate Mobile/DTH recharges and bill payments.

3. Retailer Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number or DTH customer ID. Recharges sent to the wrong number cannot be reversed.
• Sufficient Balance: You must maintain sufficient prepaid wallet balance to execute uninterrupted recharges.
• Customer Support: Retailers must assist customers in case of pending or delayed operator confirmations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Altus India E-Services shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from operator server downtime, API delays, or incorrect numbers entered by the retailer during a recharge.

1. Recharge Transaction Refunds

Failed Recharges:

If a recharge fails due to operator issues but the amount is debited from your AltusPe wallet, it will be auto-refunded to your wallet within 2 to 24 hours, depending on operator API response.

Wrong Number Recharge:

Recharges are processed instantly. If a retailer enters a wrong valid mobile number and the recharge is successful, the amount cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances.

Pending Transactions:

Sometimes, the operator takes time to confirm a transaction. In "Pending" status cases, wait for final confirmation (Success or Fail) before attempting the same recharge again to avoid double deductions.

2. Digital ID & API Refund Policy

• Retailer ID, Distributor ID, and Master Distributor ID activation fees are strictly non-refundable once the account is created and activated.
• API Integration fees are non-refundable once the API credentials and documentation have been shared.

3. Hardware Purchases

If you purchase a thermal printer or branding kit, a replacement is provided only for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days with a valid uncut unboxing video. No cash refunds are provided for hardware.
